About Me

My passion for nutrition began when I went to college at Clemson University. I started as a general engineer major with aspirations to go to medical school with a Bioengineering degree. This all changed when I found myself spending more time learning about nutrition and the human body, rather than studying for my engineering classes. I changed my major after my freshman year and never looked back. While working at Northside Hospital, I have spent time on the inpatient Oncology/Renal floor, the Cardiovascular PCU and ICU floors, as well as in outpatient radiation and chemotherapy clinics. I love supporting my patients through these hard times dealing with acute and chronic conditions. However, my passion is with preventative care through nutrition.

My mission is to help clients thrive throughout life with lasting changes to optimize nutrition and wellness practices! I am here to help you meet your goals, one step at a time!
